New: Look lock and a smoother Raspberry Pi
HUD
- New "Look lock" module: a key stops the mouse from turning the camera, and after coming back from another window (Alt+Tab) the camera stays put while button holding is on (or always) – no more ruined stone generators or spawner setups.
- Servers' resource packs too big for the graphics card (e.g. on a Raspberry Pi) work: SlashClient shrinks their biggest textures until they fit, instead of the game dropping the whole pack.
- Plan of the week on partner servers takes the real start and end of the arena boss fight from the chat instead of guessing 10 minutes.
Launcher
- Raspberry Pi: the preset has a "Raspberry Pi – good to know" window (graphics, Sodium, big packs, the mouse over VNC, Java, cooling and more), and a new "30 FPS limit" switch lets you play at up to 60 FPS.
- The Raspberry Pi preset is suggested only on a real Raspberry Pi. Orange Pi 5, Radxa ROCK 5 and other ARM boards get "Very light" without forced OpenGL and without vertical sync – the game draws with their graphics chip through Vulkan and holds 60 FPS instead of 30.
- The first-run wizard suggests a mode for slower computers matched to the computer.
Fixes
- On a Raspberry Pi the game with Sodium no longer drops to 0 FPS on servers with a big resource pack or hangs the graphics chip along with the desktop: the launcher turns Sodium's driver error checks on.
- Minecraft Wiki tables in the game keep their columns under the headings with cells merged vertically, without hidden data, "v t e" links or boxes from invisible characters.
- A partner server's animated icon too tall for the graphics card is no longer fetched over and over on weaker graphics cards.
New: Minecraft Wiki in the game and sharing benchmark results
HUD
- Minecraft Wiki in the game (all versions): search, articles with tables and pictures, links and recently read. In Polish with a switch to the English wiki, or in English. Open it from the SlashClient menu or with a key; a separate "about this item" key opens the article about the item in your hand, the block or mob you're looking at, or the item under the mouse in your inventory.
- The exhaustion bar works on servers too – the game counts exhaustion on its side – and is a grey dotted bar under the drumsticks, like in AppleSkin.
- Food in the item's tooltip is shown as icons: hunger drumsticks with golden saturation under them, instead of text.
- Plan of the week on partner servers shows the start time next to the time left (e.g. "in 45 min (19:00)"), and the settings let you choose one or the other. It takes the end of fishing contests and events from the chat, and during events shows which one is on, e.g. "Labirynt – on now 1/3".
- "… in every colour" tasks on partner servers show progress and the missing colours with their amounts.
- The benchmark records the graphics card, the processor and the Java version.
Launcher
- "Share" on a benchmark result: copies a link to a page with the result, the scenes and the computer's specs (processor, graphics card, RAM, system, Java), with a Discord preview.
- The notice that the game window on GNOME needs the libdecor plugin has a "Copy command" button.
- The Sparks badge in the menu shows a short amount (e.g. ✦ 1.4k) and fits next to "Achievements".
Fixes
- On partner servers the "Glonopol" and "Zjedz: Kura" tasks count correctly.
New: AppleSkin-style food info, one-click crafting and a profile wizard
Launcher
- New profile wizard: "New profile" opens a window – game version and kind (Fabric with the HUD, the plain game or another loader), memory, performance mods, the mode for slower computers and finally the name. "Empty profile" stays for advanced players.
- "You have unsaved changes": after changing a profile's or the launcher's settings a bar with Undo and Save shows up at the bottom.
- Linux: an AppImage started from Downloads offers to install itself like on macOS – it moves to ~/Applications, adds itself to the app menu with an icon and keeps updating itself (the button is also in Settings).
- The first-run wizard has the seasonal logo and decorations (Halloween, 11 November).
HUD
- Food like in AppleSkin: hunger and saturation in the item's tooltip, saturation on the hunger bar, an exhaustion bar (in singleplayer), flashing hearts you will heal by eating, and the values in F3. Each part can be switched off.
- One-click crafting: clicking a recipe in the recipe book crafts it right away into your inventory (with Shift a whole stack), a key repeats the last recipe, and the stonecutter cuts right away.
- Stacked hearts have the layers' real colours and a legend in the settings saying how many hearts each colour reaches.
- Item counter lets you choose what to count – arrows, pearls, totems, golden apples, bottles o' enchanting, fireworks, potions, the held item and your own items.
- New module settings: date in the clock, a warning before night, biome colour and technical name, a light level warning, time to the weather change, TPS colour thresholds, FPS graph length, elytra rockets and warning, a compass arrow to a waypoint or the death spot.
- Every module has a show condition: only in a world, only on servers or on a chosen server, hidden while chatting and with windows open.
- New "Ping graph" module.
- "Holding buttons": fast placing – a held right button uses the item every tick.
- Hand refill takes the same item from another hotbar slot when the backpack has none.
Fixes
- Partner servers are on the server list in a new profile too.
- On GNOME the mouse turns the camera again in Minecraft 26.x, and when the plugin for the window's buttons is missing, the launcher suggests a command that installs it.
- With the Raspberry Pi preset the game starts with a lower priority, so the desktop and VNC don't stutter while the game starts.
- The preset for slower computers is no longer overridden by Minecraft 26.x's graphics settings.
New: a mode for slower computers and the Raspberry Pi
A mode for slower computers
- New presets in the profile's settings: Light (a slower laptop), Very light (an old computer) and Raspberry Pi (and other ARM). A line under the choice says what each one changes, and the launcher suggests one for your computer.
- A preset is lighter graphics (render distance, particles, clouds, an FPS limit), less memory for the game, performance mods and the game's saving mode (no other players' cosmetics, effects and menu animations). Each part can be switched off, and your own settings come back when the preset is off.
- In the saving mode a new HUD config starts with Minecraft's HUD parts only – you switch SlashClient's modules on yourself.
- Raspberry Pi: Minecraft 26.x runs on the graphics chip's OpenGL instead of graphics drawn by the processor – 69 instead of 13 FPS in the benchmark.
Fixes
- The game starts again on Minecraft 1.20.1–1.21.11 – since 0.9.50 the mod crashed it at start.
- On GNOME (Ubuntu and others) Minecraft 26.x's window has its minimise, maximise and close buttons again.
- "Done" after the benchmark on the test scene goes back to the game's menu.
New: a white and red look for 11 November and dark game windows
Independence Day
- A white and red look from 8 to 12 November: red colours in the launcher and in the game, bunting along the top of the window, white and red confetti, a red logo with a white "S" (on the taskbar too) and a waving flag over a burning "POLSKA GUROM!". The game's menu greets you with a burning "POLSKA GUROM, nick!".
- Switch it off as the Halloween one: "Seasonal look" in the launcher's Settings or in the game.
In the game
- Dark game windows (a new module): the inventory, chests, crafting, furnaces, the creative inventory, the advancements window, buttons and text fields in a dark or a very dark shade, with light labels.
- Other players' cosmetics – a new switch: off, it hides other players' capes, wings, clothes, pets, effects and emotes. Yours stay.
- The creative inventory's search finds items in Polish and in English, without Polish letters too ("miecz diament").
- The in-game friends window shows your friends' faces from their skins.
SkyUp
- The order of the tracker's tasks: set it with the arrows in the module's settings, or with ↑ ↓ on a task in the Challenges window. Tasks nearly done move up on their own (can be switched off).
- The daily task shows how much time is left of the day.
- "Stój obok: Magazyn" counts storages (barrels with a hologram).
- SkyUp's modules in English when the game is in another language: the tasks' requirements and rewards, the plan of the day, SkyCase rewards and shamanism.
- The SkyCase drop counter: drops from a new case no longer go to other cases, the new drop toast shows heads and items with their look from the server's pack, and an unassigned drop gets a hint that a new case's preview has to be opened once.
Launcher
- A version for Linux on ARM (Raspberry Pi, Asahi Linux): the game runs on Eclipse Temurin's Java and libraries for ARM.
New: the Halloween look and all sessions in Statistics
Halloween
- The Halloween look from 25 October to 2 November: orange and violet colours in the launcher and in the game, bats over the sky, pumpkins under the menu, cobwebs in the corners, the logo with a pumpkin (on the taskbar too) and the loading screen in those colours. After 2 November everything goes back on its own.
- Switch it off in the launcher's Settings ("Seasonal look") – in the game too then – or in the game itself in the main menu's settings.
Launcher
- All sessions in Statistics: up to 300 recent game summaries, by month, with a profile and server filter, totals (time, kills, deaths, blocks) and deleting single ones.
SkyUp
- The "Posiadaj poziom wyspy" task reads the level with a thousands space ("Poziom: 1 559") as the whole number.
New: key presets and separate game settings for Minecraft accounts
Game
- The "Key presets" module: save every key (the game's, SlashClient's and mods') under a name, e.g. "PvP" or "Building", and load them with one click. An optional key switches to the next preset.
- The autoclicker in "hold" mode clicks in chest windows only once you hold the button, so a plain click picks an item up the first time.
- The target frame shows the names of mobs with a player model (server NPCs, e.g. Koczownik on SkyUp).
SkyUp
- Tasks count shearing stacked sheep (the whole stack, or as many as it shrank by), and nothing when the server undoes the shearing.
- Berries picked from a bush with a right click count towards "Zbierz" (sweet and glow berries).
- Trading with piglins counts from further away.
- Tasks always show what to do ("Zbierz", "Posiadaj w ekwipunku"), also when they have one kind of goal.
Launcher
- Separate shared game settings for Minecraft accounts: under "Shared game settings", tick the accounts that should have a set of their own (graphics, controls, server list). The others share one.
- A badge next to the nick for each Minecraft account (Friends → account): each account can show a different rank, or none.
- The website and server have a new address: slashclient.pl. The old one still works and redirects.
New: the SkyUp week plan, favourite modules and choosing your notifications
SkyUp
- The "SkyUp week plan" module: the next events, fishing contests and the Boss Arena (schedule from the wiki), with a notification before the start for the kinds you pick. The daily task is tracked on its own.
- Mining and placing blocks count towards tasks only once the server doesn't undo them (someone else's island, protected land).
- Kills of stacked animals count one for each animal in the stack, and mobs killed in a dungeon don't count at all.
- "Stand next to" also counts end crystals and other placed things.
Game
- Favourite modules with a star come first in the list, and the list remembers its scroll and search when you come back from the settings.
- Choose your notifications: each kind on its own, quiet from friends while you're on "Do not disturb", hiding other players' clan tags. Long notifications scroll and stay longer.
- Auto tool takes the tool the block needs and leaves it in your hand – it no longer puts tools back into the backpack or goes back to the previous slot. On servers with an anticheat a move from the backpack no longer gets lost, and others see the right tool in your hand.
- The autoclicker in "hold" mode no longer reopens a chest after you close it with Esc.
- Error messages are in plain words ("Too many tries, try again in a moment", "The server is unavailable for now") instead of raw server answers.
- Less work every frame: the spawn highlight no longer stutters while running, and the target frame, minimap and chat do less.
- Clearer screens: the world map, the dungeon map, the chat window, sliders and waypoints. Kick chat now sits lower on the right by default, below Twitch chat.
Launcher
- Signing in with Discord, Google and GitHub comes straight back from the browser to the launcher and is safer – someone else's sign-in link can't take over your account.
- The shared server list no longer disappears after a game crash, and servers added in two profiles played at once are merged.
- The game console no longer makes the launcher stutter when big modpacks start.
- A waiting update no longer closes the launcher when the game starts again right after quitting.
- Plain messages such as "Not enough disk space" instead of windows with technical errors. The details go to
logs/launcher.log. - "Do not disturb" silences notifications from friends and communities.
New: Shamanism tracking and a daily bonus reminder on SkyUp
SkyUp
- Shamanism module: in the Shamanism window you track any mobs with the middle button or the tracking key. The module shows the wand, the off-hand item, the level needed and the materials with how many you have, and in the window the recipes you have everything for glow green. Recipes are read from the window, so new mobs work on their own.
- A daily bonus reminder until you claim today's reward – right after joining and then every chosen while (every hour by default, 0 turns it off), as not everyone wants to start the jobs' bonus straight away.
- The bonus and daily task reminders are now a banner of their own at the top middle of the screen: the bonus gold, the task green.
- A task handed in (the "Ukończono zadanie" chat message) no longer comes back to the HUD while the open Challenges window still shows it.
Game
- The autoclicker also clicks the slot under the mouse in chest windows, e.g. for selling on servers. In dungeons it always rests.
- Auto tool checks that the server really moved the tool from your backpack – if not, you don't mine with an empty hand, it takes the best tool from the hotbar.
- Chat stays after leaving a server (the "Keep the chat after leaving a server" option, on by default).
- Notifications have their kind's colour: online green, playing on a server teal, live on Twitch purple and on Kick lime, invites orange, communities pink, achievements gold, errors red.
- The module search and the search in chests find things by their name in the game's language, in Polish and in English ("miecz" and "sword" both find a sword).
- Labels too long for buttons in SlashClient's screens slide to their end and back instead of being cut.
- Clips and the replay record at any window size (before, at some sizes not a single frame was recorded).
- The replay viewer's buttons work again on 26.3.
- The autoclicker no longer clicks on its own in a chest window when you let go of the button after the previous window closed.
New: preferred tools in auto tool and new module options
Game
- HUD modules only have the settings that change something in them (e.g. ping and memory colour themselves, so they have no text colour), and many new options:
- the modules' background and outline colours;
- your own colour thresholds for FPS, ping, memory, the processor and the graphics card;
- armour side by side, durability as a percentage or a bar, with or without the item in hand;
- the held item's durability as a percentage, without the bar and with your own blinking threshold;
- keystrokes: the pressed key's colour, hiding the mouse buttons, CPS and the space bar – and they finally take the background, see-through, text colour and shadow from the module's settings;
- coordinates on one line and without the height, decimals for the speed;
- the target without the health bar or the distance, the compass without degrees, how many friends the friends module lists, the inventory with the hotbar.
- A module's text colour no longer changes coloured accents by accident (e.g. in SkyUp's tasks) when they have the same colour.
- The round minimap and dungeon map no longer have a square background and frame around them.
- The attack indicator has no background or text settings any more – only its size.
- Auto tool: a preferred weapon (the strongest, a sword or an axe) and a tool of your choice for leaves, cobwebs, bamboo, and pumpkins and melons; for a mooshroom a bowl, a bucket or either.
- The search in chests finds things typed without Polish letters ("ostrosc" finds "Ostrość"), also enchantments a server hides and the enchantments and descriptions of items in shulker boxes.
- The daily task reminder, a saved clip and a resource pack show in SlashClient's notifications instead of the game's plain ones.
SkyUp
- Tasks also count ringing bells, shearing, taming, drinking potions, your experience level and SkyCases opened by hand, and as an estimate trading with piglins, hatched chicks and witches' attacks.
- Bells and shearing count only once the server really rings the bell or shears the sheep, and piglin trades once the piglin drops something after you click it with a gold ingot.
- "Stój obok" also counts creatures nearby (e.g. an iron golem), not just blocks.
- Finished and handed-in tasks in the Challenges window can be marked with a background under the item instead of the slot's frame.
New: a new autoclicker and a longer chat history
Game
- Autoclicker as other mods have it:
- the "Hold" mode clicks while you hold the mouse button (digging blocks works as usual), and "Toggle" starts and stops clicking with a key;
- a steady CPS for the left and the right button each, clicking at anything or only at mobs – never at players;
- optionally full hits at mobs (it waits for the weapon to charge), jumping in the toggle mode, and no hits with your shield up;
- it rests in SkyUp's dungeons and comes back once you are out;
- its clicks count in the CPS on the keystrokes.
- Longer chat history: up to 16,000 lines (1,000 by default instead of 100), and as many sent messages under the up arrow. It also works together with the More Chat History mod.
- Clips and the instant replay: a choice of resolution (480p–1440p or the window's own) and 20, 30 or 60 frames a second.
- Layout editor: move the module you clicked with the arrows or WASD, by 10 pixels with Shift.
- The Target box shows the names of mobs with a server's model (e.g. in SkyUp's dungeons).
- The attack indicator is back under the SlashClient crosshair (with the game's attack indicator set to the crosshair) – and can be moved in the layout editor.
- Player list (Tab): sliders for the background under the players and the list's background – from fully see-through to solid.
- Notifications from friends show their skin's face instead of the first letter.
- The client brand servers see has no space any more:
slashclient-0.9.56/26.3.
SkyUp
- When tracking shamanism tasks, the materials you have in your inventory stay on the list in green.
- "Dowolne …" tasks in the inventory (e.g. "Dowolne jajko", "Dowolny odłamek ceramiki") count every item that fits and have a progress bar.
Launcher
- Update channel in the settings: stable or beta (early versions with what is coming before its release).
SkyUp
- Tasks:
- "Needs …" also turns green when you finished the task it needs long ago – just open its category in the challenges once (SkyUp shows it there as "Zadanie ukończone!");
- "Dotrzyj do poziomu w dungeonach" says "enter a dungeon" until the mod reads the level from a dungeon's boss bar – then it has a progress bar.
New: SkyUp fish atlas – a card album of all 72 species
SkyUp
- Fish atlas (under SkyUp) is a card album of all 72 species:
- caught species show the real fish from SkyUp's pack, how many you caught and a star for a record close to the species' highest weight;
- species not caught yet are grey with a scrambled name, as in the game, and the search does not give them away;
- a card opens its species: your weight and price records, the species' highest weight, a fun fact and a list of every fish of it you caught (when, weight, size, quality, price);
- the cards move: they are dealt face down with Karpiołap on the back and turned over as they land, a new species is revealed with sparkles and a "New species!" tag, gold cards have a holographic gleam, and bubbles rise behind them.
- Fish counter counts this fishing trip (it ends after a pause without a catch, you set how long), this game (until you leave the server) and all time separately.
- SkyCase:
- the latest wins can be shown as names, a row of icons or icons with names;
- rewards have the right icons at once, without opening the case's preview.
- GUI dump also saves the items' data (custom model data and more) and can be turned off under SkyUp.
New: food preview on the hunger bar and enchantment colours
Game
- Food preview: while you hold food, the hunger bar shows how many drumsticks it adds (they flash), and a golden outline of the drumsticks is the saturation. Can be turned off under Game.
- Enchantment level colours in item tooltips and on books: grey below half of the highest level, aqua from half, gold at the highest (e.g. Sharpness V, Mending), pink above it. Curses stay red. Can be turned off under Extras.
- Dungeon map:
- in a room with several spawners (up to three) each has its own smaller timer where it stands: when reinforcements come, or the mobs left;
- such a room counts as cleared only once no spawner has mobs left.
- SkyUp tasks:
- "Dotrzyj do poziomu w dungeonach" has a progress bar from the highest level seen on the dungeon's boss bar;
- "Dowolny blok" tasks (e.g. "Mało miejsca dla kolegów") count every block placed;
- "Needs: …" turns green once the task it needs is done (handed in in the chat, or gone from the challenges);
- jobs' levels also come from the "Prace" window (all at once) and from a job's boss bar, not only from the sidebar.
New: the SkyUp wiki in the game
Game
- The SkyUp wiki in the game: in the SkyUp tab of the SlashClient window (or under your own "SkyUp: wiki" key) there is the server's wiki with categories, a search and articles with tables and pictures. Links lead to other articles and "Back" returns. The wiki opens on its start page, and later where you stopped reading. Works on 26.3; the launcher loads it.
- The menu's panorama is behind every loading screen, also while a world loads and saves, not only when joining a server.
- Dungeon loot highlight no longer catches spawners or decoration items floating in the air, only real drops.
- SkyUp tasks: "(/recipe)" in a task's text is no longer a requirement of its own, so the task counts again.
Launcher
- The SkyUp wiki in the launcher opens on the wiki's start page too.
- Session summaries of several games closed one after another show one by one instead of closing each other.
New: emotes as character moves (and "six seven")
Game
- Emotes as character moves: waving, a heart, laughing, clapping, a thumb up, anger, scratching your head and dancing. The emote's picture shows beside the face instead of by the nick. You watch your own from the front (the camera turns back by itself, and you can turn this off), and moving ends it.
- New "six seven" emote: both hands out in front, going up and down in turn.
- SkyUp tasks:
- tasks ready to hand in are at the very top of the tracker, without their requirements;
- a completed challenge category stops being tracked together with its tasks;
- rows that are too long scroll back and forth instead of ending in "…" (can be turned off in the module's settings);
- the daily task reminder plays the sound you pick (the same as in chat tabs, or none);
- "Modernizacja" counts the spent upgrade points from the generator's window and shows "~7/10 pts";
- incubator tasks take the level from the incubator's window, and tell its kind by the table from the SkyUp wiki;
- "Przyzwij" tasks show the shamanism recipe from the wiki (wand, other hand, level, missing materials), and a successful summon counts by itself;
- items with a no-break space in their name (e.g. "Stojak na zbroję") are counted from the inventory.
- Dungeon map:
- moves smoothly while following the player;
- marks the start room, and when it is out of view, shows an arrow towards it (can be turned off);
- no longer shows spawners, and only rooms with a spawner have the mob respawn timer;
- ancient debris is counted and highlighted like ores (its own toggle, a brown dot on the map).
- The SlashClient logo above heads shows properly with shaders instead of as a black box.
- Auto tool also picks the tool when you dig with the inventory or the pause menu open.
- Chat tabs:
- a mentions tab (
{nick}) no longer catches your own messages; - pulled-out tabs set to "only in their windows" stay out of "All" right after the game starts too.
New: XP calculator, SkyUp wardrobe and auto tool for mobs
Launcher
- The game no longer closes with the launcher: closing the launcher (also to update it) no longer ends a running game. "Install update" while a game runs waits until you close it.
- "Back to the game" on a server shows that server's icon.
- Wiki: animated recipe slots (e.g. "Usage" of the furnace) show one item at a time instead of all their frames one under another.
Game
- XP calculator in the SlashClient menu (Extras): points for a level, the level some points make and the cost between levels, with a "My level" button.
- SkyUp XP calculator (SkyUp tab): the mending assistant, bottling with the 50% tax, the ready
/schowajexp command (copy it or put it in the chat), the AFK session's time and a countdown shown on the HUD. - SkyUp wardrobe: a new module shows the helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots and work cap you wear (as the server's pack draws them) and the wardrobe's switches. It updates each time you open the wardrobe on the server.
- Auto tool for mobs: a hit takes the hardest-hitting weapon, a right click shears for a sheep, a bucket or bowl for cows, goats and mooshrooms, a water bucket for fish, a brush for an armadillo and (when switched on) food for animals. Each part can be switched on its own.
- Block info: the tool's icon and breaking time in one row with the best tool ("best") and the weakest one that makes the block drop, a breaking progress bar, bees in a hive (in singleplayer), what item frames and shelves hold. All of it can be switched off in the module's settings.
- Rounded module corners: for all in Appearance or for a single module – the keystrokes' keys, the scoreboard and the tab list too.
- Server packs "for good": the game's own resource pack question has "Keep for good" (a server's settings have that mode too) – the pack is saved in your resource packs, stays on, is not loaded again at every join and stays after you leave the server. When the server has a newer version, the copy is replaced.
- SkyUp's pack is saved as "SkyUp.zip" and updated by itself; switched on, SkyUp does not ask about its pack.
- SkyUp's daily task is at the top of the task list, and while you track it, it reminds you now and then of what is left (set how often in the module, 0 turns it off).
- SkyCase drop counter no longer takes stacked messages' "×2" for an amount (also when adding from logs); wins counted wrong before go back where they belong by themselves.
- Search in chests: a double click on the box pins the search – the next chests you open look for the same at once.
- Friend requests in the game: the friends window has "Requests" above the list – ✓ accepts, ✕ declines.
- Arrows in chests and shulker boxes: next to sorting, one click moves all that fits – from your inventory into the chest, or from the chest into your inventory (the hotbar optionally).
- Pulled-out chat tabs: a click on the title folds the window to its title, and the mouse wheel scrolls its messages.
- The light level overlay marks farmland too: green – crops will grow, blue – too dark for them.
- Tab list: the server's header and footer can be hidden, and the number of players shown limited.
- Sliding text that does not fit bounces back smoothly instead of jumping to its start.
- Partner servers: a newly pinned one shows in the list at once.
- SlashClient's and the game's version is on F3, in the window's title and in the name the servers are told (e.g. "slashclient 0.9.50/26.3").
Game
- Resource packs stay on: closing the game on a server with its own resource pack sometimes switched all your packs off for the next start. It no longer does. If your packs went missing after 0.9.48, turn them on once in the game's settings.
New: hold buttons with the inventory open
Game
- Hold buttons with the inventory or pause menu open: digging and using an item go on when you look into your inventory or pause on a server (in a single-player world pausing stops the game). Turn it off in the module's settings.
- Shift-crafting only what fits: a result taken with Shift goes into your inventory in an amount that leaves room for what stays on the grid – nothing drops on the ground when you close the table. An option in the settings.
- After a game crash the game's and other mods' settings are saved as on a normal close.
- Enter in server windows: in a window with a text field (e.g. the SkyUP login) Enter presses the button under the field.
- SkyUp cases: the counter knows Elementium's new message ("… otworzył Elementium i wygrał: …") – only your own wins count. Wins that were missed can be added with "Add from logs" by pasting a part of the game's log.
- SkyUp tasks: handed-in tasks get a grey frame in the menu (ready ones a green one) and are no longer tracked. Shift-crafting counts every item made, and placing a block on the same spot counts once in 3 minutes.
- The dungeon map reaches further (it keeps 1024×1024 blocks, so the ground shows where the mobs do), and the start room no longer has a timer or counted loot.
- Block info shows more: crop growth, honey in a hive, a composter's and cauldron's level, a respawn anchor's charges, the redstone signal, candles, sea pickles and other counts; in the module's settings you can also turn on coordinates, light, hardness, the block's ID and state.
- Chat tabs: hovers and clicks in messages work in pulled-out windows (e.g. "[Odpowiedz]" types its command), their messages can be copied with a right click, each tab can have its own mention sound, the order can be changed with arrows, and the tabs alone can be copied as a code and pasted by someone else. Long hints in the fields scroll instead of running into the next field.
New: chat history on a new device
Launcher
- Chat history on a new device: instead of "Message encrypted for another device" you can hand your history over from your old launcher – after you sign in on a new computer, the old one asks "Share the chat history with it?" (with a device code to compare). Encryption stays: the server still can't see your messages.
- Chat key backup with a password: in "Account and profile → Chat encryption" set a chat password – on a new device enter it and see your history at once, even with the old computer off. Without the password the backup can't be recovered.
- A list of your devices with chat in the same place – with last activity and "Remove device".
- Benchmark in full screen: next to the benchmark button pick windowed, full screen or a borderless window. Your game settings stay as they are.
- Key bindings stay: shared game settings between profiles no longer wipe mods' keys when you play a profile without those mods.
- A conversation read on one device is no longer unread on the others, and your own messages no longer notify you as new ones.
Game
- SkyUp tasks: tasks ready to hand in get a green "Hand in!" badge and go to the top, and a green frame in the challenges menu. A handed-in task stops being tracked at once. The last known progress is saved on disk (per account) and shown with "~" until you open the menu.
- Detached chat tabs can have their own input field and a reply prefix (e.g.
/msg Steve or /g) – both optional, in the tab's settings. - HUD editor: modules on top of each other can be moved – the hovered one comes to the front, and the one underneath is picked with a second click or Alt+click. Titles closed with the ✕ can be turned on again.
- Sorting is instant – all clicks in one tick (a delay stays in the settings for strict servers).
- Auto tool swaps in a tool from your inventory for every block that needs a different one.
New: players and mobs on the map
Game
- Players and mobs on the map: the minimap and world map show other players (their heads, with names on the map) and mobs – with their faces, hostile ones framed red, others green. Each kind can be turned off in the map settings.
- Mouse Tweaks: Shift with the left button dragged across slots moves each of them, also on 26.x and when moving fast.
- Auto tool also takes a tool from your inventory and no longer keeps a worn tool from breaking.
- SkyUp tasks: tracking a whole category works at once (also one not opened yet), and untracking removes its window. Several categories can be tracked at once.
- The sort button, search frames and slot locks no longer show through item tooltips.
- "Reconnect" stays in place when the window is resized.
Launcher
- Small windows: all tabs fit in the side bar and nothing sticks out – worlds, servers, content types, chat headers and forms.
- Buttons that don't fit in a chat header fold into a "⋯" menu.
- Installing a mod no longer downloads a dependency the profile already has (also from a modpack).
- A second game of the same version starts while the first is still running.
- Copying a profile and sharing a log ask in the launcher's own window.
New: popular among friends, mod galleries and Java choice
Launcher
- Popular among friends: Mods and the Servers list show what your friends use and where they play ("used by 4 friends"). In "Account and profile" you choose who sees your list – all friends, chosen ones or nobody. Only Modrinth and CurseForge mods (no file names) and servers from the last 30 days are shared.
- Mod details with a gallery: click an icon or name in Discover – description, author, downloads and screenshots with a full-screen viewer.
- Mod dependencies: in Installed, "Dependencies" shows what a mod needs and what needs it. Before disabling a mod others need, the launcher warns you.
- Library cleanup: after removing a mod the launcher offers to remove libraries nothing needs any more. Removed files can be brought back with "Undo", then go to the trash.
- Select many at once: mods, resource packs and shaders – checkboxes, Shift+click, Ctrl+A and enabling, disabling, updating and removing together.
- Choose your Java: pick Mojang's Java, Eclipse Temurin, GraalVM Community or Azul Zulu for a profile – the launcher downloads it. "Compare in the benchmark" shows the FPS difference.
Game
- Players' ping above their heads on servers, in the Tab's colours (off by default, in Extras).
Game
- A panorama behind the loading screen while joining a server and applying its resource pack.
- The disconnect screen always has one Reconnect button (also when another mod adds a similar one).
Launcher
- Choose which profiles to recover: "Recover profiles" lists the folders it found (version, loader, mods, worlds) and brings back only the ticked ones.
- Server list: when this computer gets no answer from servers (firewall, antivirus, network) but the list sees them running, they show their players and "no ping" instead of "Offline". Hover "Offline" or "no ping" to see why.
New: friends next to servers and a better death screen
Game
- Friends next to servers: the server list shows the faces of friends playing on each server, and their names on hover. Friends who hide their activity don't show.
- A better death screen: the coordinates of where you died with the dimension (click to copy), how long you survived and a Set point button that saves the place as a waypoint.
- Drag servers with the mouse on the server list – grab a server and move it elsewhere.
- Keys in module settings: zoom, freelook, waypoints, maps, clips, emotes and other modules with a key can be set right on their settings page, with a warning when the key is already taken.
- A server's resource pack loads under the SlashClient loading screen, without Mojang's red screen.
- Clan tags next to names can be turned off in the settings.
Launcher
- Hide clan tag: in the clan window (and on the website) you can hide your clan's tag next to your name – others won't see it.
- Tabs don't reload: Discover (Modrinth/CurseForge), Achievements, Mods, Worlds, News, Stats and Accounts show what you saw a moment ago at once.
- The profile list stays on screen while you scroll a profile's settings.
Launcher
- Modpacks get the recommended memory instead of the default 4 GB – by the number of mods, and for CurseForge also what the pack's authors recommend. Big packs (e.g. All the Mods) no longer crash at start for lack of memory. If you set more, your amount stays.
- "Use the recommended amount" in Settings, under the memory for new profiles: new profiles and modpacks get the recommended memory, and the slider is locked.
